1. Research-use only

All products sold on this website are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are NOT drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are NOT for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or affiliated with a research organisation, and that you will use the products solely for legitimate scientific research in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use this site or place an order.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
• An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, restricted jurisdictions).

5. Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers; we never store full card numbers. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees imposed by your country.

6. Shipping and delivery

• Free shipping is offered on EU orders over €50.
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• If a package is held by customs in your country, you are responsible for any associated fees or release procedures.

7. Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we do not accept returns once a vial has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will investigate.

8. Quality & testing

Every batch is independently tested by HPLC to verify identity and purity (typically ≥ 99 %). Certificates of Analysis are available on request. Despite rigorous testing, you assume all responsibility for verifying suitability for your intended research use.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use products for any purpose other than legitimate scientific research.
• Resell or redistribute products without our written consent.
• Misrepresent or modify any Certificate of Analysis or product label.
• Use the site to infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site – text, graphics, logos, images, code – is the property of Sila Pharma or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sila Pharma’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sila Pharma harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
